The World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies Young Neurosurgeons Forum in conjunction with the Global Neurosurgery Committee is proud to announce a multipart webinar series on Global Neurosurgery. Each webinar will consist of a multinational expert panel of speakers who will discuss how to overcome the multitude of hurdles faced when addressing the unmet need for neurosurgical care around the world.
“COVID-19 and Neurosurgical Training in LMICs: The Global Neurosurgery Perspective” will be the first webinar of this series on June 13th, addressing the obstacles to training of neurosurgeons in low and middle-income countries, especially in the era of COVID-19 when already limited resources are stretched even thinner.
